Job summary

Enterprise Security Systems is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician to support the design of sophisticated security solutions across UK projects. The role is home based with a strong emphasis on CAD/BIM delivery and collaboration with architects and project teams.

You will produce 2D/3D drawings, model system architectures in Revit MEP, and manage BIM libraries to Level 2 while ensuring accurate as-built documentation and client reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit experience.
• BIM Level 2 knowledge.
• Understanding of engineering design principles.
• Experience producing detailed technical drawings and models.
• Some understanding of Electronic Security Systems.
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, integrated security, electrical installations or construction is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Produce and modify 2D/3D technical drawings for physical security systems.
• Create layouts, schematics, plans, elevations and details.
• Model system architecture using Revit MEP.
• Generate and manage BIM models and libraries to Level 2.
• Produce CCTV field-of-view visualisations.
• Collaborate with Security Solutions Architects, Technical Designers and Project Delivery teams.
• Update red-line drawings to as-installed documentation.
• Review drawings with clients and incorporate changes.
• Manage drawing registers, document control and transmittals.
• Occasionally attend sites with Technical Designers to gather design information.
