Job summary

Enterprise Security Systems is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician to design and model security systems for high-profile UK projects. The role is home-based with a salary of £35,000 to £39,000 DOE, and requires strong AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Level 2 knowledge.

You will produce 2D/3D drawings, create layouts, manage BIM models, and collaborate with Architects and Project Delivery teams across the UK and Ireland. Experience in CCTV/Access Control is valuable.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit experience.
• BIM Level 2 knowledge and modelling ability.
• Understanding of engineering design principles.
• Some understanding of Electronic Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Producing and modifying 2D and 3D technical drawings for physical security systems.
• Creating layouts, schematics, plans, elevations and technical details.
• Using Revit MEP to model system architecture.
• Generating and managing BIM models and object libraries to Level 2.
• Producing CCTV field of view visualisations.
• Working with Architects, Technical Designers and Project Delivery teams.
• Updating as-installed drawings and reviewing with clients.
• Managing drawing registers, document control and transmittals.
• Occasionally attending sites to survey and gather design information.
