Job summary

Enterprise Security Systems is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician to join their established team, designing complex physical security solutions across high security and critical infrastructure projects throughout the UK and Ireland. This home-based role emphasizes technical CAD/BIM work using Revit MEP to model system architecture.

You will produce 2D/3D drawings, manage BIM models, and collaborate with Architects, Designers and Delivery teams.

Qualifications

Strong AutoCAD and Revit experience.
BIM Level 2 knowledge.
Understanding of engineering design principles.
Experience with CCTV/Access Control or integrated security is valuable.

Responsibilities

Producing and modifying 2D and 3D technical drawings for physical security systems.
Creating layouts, schematics, plans, elevations and technical details.
Using Revit MEP to model system architecture.
Generating and managing BIM models and object libraries to Level 2.
Producing CCTV field of view visualisations.
Collaborating with Architects, Designers and Project Delivery teams.
Updating red line drawings to final as-installed documentation.
Reviewing drawings with clients and incorporating design changes.
Managing drawing registers, document control and customer transmittals.
Occasionally attending sites to carry out surveys and gather design information.
