Job summary

Enterprise Security Systems is seeking a Revit / CAD Technician to design and document physical security systems on major projects across the UK and Ireland. The role is Home Based with a competitive £35,000 to £39,000 basic, DOE, and involves producing 2D/3D drawings, BIM models, and CCTV visuals.

You will work with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM Level 2, coordinating with Architects and Project teams to deliver accurate documentation and as-installed records.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD and Revit experience.
• BIM Level 2 knowledge.
• Experience producing detailed technical drawings and models.
• Some understanding of Electronic Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce and modify 2D and 3D technical drawings for physical security systems.
• Create layouts, schematics, plans, elevations and technical details.
• Use Revit MEP to model system architecture.
• Generate and manage BIM models and object libraries to Level 2.
• Produce CCTV field of view visualisations.
• Collaborate with Security Solutions Architects and Project Delivery teams.
• Update red line drawings to final as-installed documentation.
• Review drawings with clients and incorporate design changes.
• Manage drawing registers, document control and customer transmittals.
• Occasionally attend sites to gather design information.
