Job summary

Morgan Hunt is recruiting a Revenues and Benefits Service Development and Policy Officer to advise and support the Service Development Manager in delivering service improvement. The role can be remote from home or based in South London and is inside IR35 with full-time remote working.

You will lead on policy development, guidance, and training across housing benefits and council tax schemes, liaising with key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in policy development for housing and council tax schemes
• Ability to interpret legislation and guidance
• Experience in learning and staff training design
• Ability to manage projects and stakeholder engagement
