Job summary

Pyramid Eco is seeking a remote Project Coordinator to manage retrofit schemes under Warm Homes funding. You will coordinate subcontractors, site activities, inspections and materials while keeping residents informed from home.

The role requires strong organisation, proactive communication and comfort with digital tools. You will work with a field-based Site Manager to align schedules, ensure timely inspections and smooth operations across multiple live properties, while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, scheduling or operations, ideally in retrofit, construction, insulation, energy efficiency or social housing
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle many moving parts across multiple sites at once
• Confident, clear and friendly communication by phone and email with residents, subcontractors and colleagues alike
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own day without supervision
• Methodical with digital project management systems and spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor and installer coordination: Book and schedule subcontractors and installers across multiple live properties, confirm attendance, and keep everyone up to date as plans change
• Site Manager support: Work closely with the Site Manager every day, ensuring they have what they need to keep work moving
• Inspections: Arrange inspections and visits our team needs to carry out, fitting them around the works programme
• Materials coordination: Order materials, organise deliveries and collections, and ensure each property has what it needs before work starts
• Resident communication: Keep residents informed before, during and after the works, explaining what will happen and noting changes
• Scheduling and tracking: Maintain an up-to-date schedule and project records, flag risks or delays early
• Documentation: Ensure paperwork, photos and evidence for each job are collected and filed for compliance and funding
