Job summary

Dartmoor Energy Ltd is recruiting a Retrofit Coordinator and Assessor to lead the Warm Homes Local Grant retrofit coordination from initial survey to final handover. You will be the lead on the scheme with direct reporting to the directors and responsibility for coordination decisions.

The role requires PAS 2035 expertise, PAS Hub/ECMK proficiency, and strong communication with households, designers, and installers. Hybrid working in the South West with an office in Kelly Bray is offered.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management required.
• Level 3/4 Retrofit Assessor and Domestic Energy Assessor qualifications required.
• In-depth knowledge of PAS 2035 and local authority schemes.
• Confident, hands-on use of PAS Hub and ECMK.
• Technology focus: quick to learn new software and systems.
• Sound grasp of building pathology.
• Experience in customer-facing communication and problem solving.
• Experience in fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Comfortable working on the road, at home and in the Kelly Bray office.
• Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit coordination of Warm Homes Local Grant from survey to handover.
• Coordinate projects under PAS 2035:2023 with IOEs and MTPs.
• Carry out retrofit assessments using PAS Hub and ECMK.
• Visit sites to ensure progress meets design and standards, resolve issues.
• Be main point of contact for householders with clear plain English explanations.
• Work with head designer/compliance to maintain quality and timely lodgement.
