In this role you will conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys, Red Book valuations, bespoke building surveys, and private/panel work.

Qualifications

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher.
• Registered Valuer status essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Level 2 Surveys.
• Level 3 Surveys (training offered).
• Red Book Valuations.
• Bespoke Building Surveys.
• Private and Panel work.
• Liaising with centralised hub on appointments.
• Maintain relationships with clients to meet deadlines.
