GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor for a remote, home-based role with a fixed UK patch. The position welcomes AssocRICS-qualified candidates and offers a strong work-life balance with supportive operational infrastructure.

You will carry out valuations and surveys, produce high-quality reports, and maintain professional development while achieving targets. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Residential Surveyor, ideally AssocRICS qualified or higher.
• Strong familiarity with residential surveys and valuation reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Professional, proactive, and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential valuation reports and private home surveys.
• Conduct Level 1 and Level 2 surveys within your designated area.
• Produce accurate survey reports using modern technology.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the surveying process.
• Manage a fixed geographical workload efficiently.
• Work towards personal income and performance targets.
• Attend regional meetings and team development.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and industry updates.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards.
