Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualification (minimum) or higher.
• Registered Valuer status essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.
• Strong attention to detail and report writing accuracy.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Level 2 surveys.
• Level 3 surveys (training available).
• Red Book valuations.
• Bespoke building surveys.
• Private and panel work.
• Liaising with central hub regarding appointments.
