GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to cover the Belfast area. The role offers remote working options, competitive earning potential and ongoing career development.

AssocRICS qualification and Level 2 survey experience are required, with full training provided for Level 3 surveys. You will deliver Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys, and Red Book valuations while using leading software and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• AssocRICS qualification is required or equivalent
• Experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across designated area
• Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys, with full training provided if required
• Complete Red Book Valuations
• Produce accurate, high-quality reports using industry-leading software
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the survey process
• Maintain high professional standards while managing workload
