Job summary

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary practice offering remote/hom e-based work. The role provides strong earning potential with a basic salary plus commission and an OTE, alongside professional development and support.

The successful candidate will hold AssocRICS or higher, be a Registered Valuer, and bring a proven residential surveying track record. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification or higher.
• Registered Valuer status is essential.
• Proven track record in residential surveying.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Level 2 Surveys as required.
• Perform Level 3 Surveys; training available if needed.
• Handle Red Book Valuations with accuracy.
• Bespoke Building Surveys for clients.
• Manage private and panel work and meet deadlines.
