Job summary

Titan Wealth Planning is seeking a remote-based T&C Manager to develop Trainee Financial Planners across the South East of England and assess competency for CAS. You will supervise advisers, deliver training, and ensure compliance with FCA rules and policies.

The role requires regular travel (about two days per week) and collaboration with the Training & Development Team to support advisers and sustain a high standard of client-centric service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Training & Competence in Financial Services.
• Effective coaching skills.
• Working knowledge of FCA rules.
• Understanding of complaints procedures.
• Knowledge of financial crime and GDPR.
• Understanding of updating policies and procedures.
• Training & Competency expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Essential: QCF Level 4 or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line Supervisor to Financial Planners across varied experience levels.
• Ensure supervision aligns with the Group T&C Scheme.
• Deliver entrant training and other training interventions.
• Collaborate with Training & Development Team to support Trainees through CAS and beyond.
• Undertake role plays, live observations and competency assessments with feedback.
• Assess KPIs to identify development needs and provide coaching.
• Support compliance by updating training materials and developing new content.
• Maintain own ongoing competency and client-centric culture.
• Share best practice and travel for team meetings and adviser meetings.
