Job summary

Howden seeks an Associate Client Director to lead and manage complex client relationships within the Client Director Team of the Howden Multi-National Client Practice. The role focuses on delivering EB services, building strategic plans, and guiding clients through benefits and retirement challenges.

The successful candidate will expand client relationships, safeguard existing business, and pursue new opportunities across the UK and globally. Office-based or remote, full-time, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Consult with clients on their strategic benefit and retirement needs.
• Maintain a personal portfolio of clients for EB and retirement services.
• Develop strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and continued business.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue with clients (GBM, flex, healthcare, wellbeing, international, general insurance).
• Collaborate with the HEBW team to deliver services and uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on business, people and benefits challenges and opportunities.
• Maintain client portfolios and oversee delivery of EB and retirement services.
• Develop and strengthen relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
