Job summary

Omnia Projects, part of Egis, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to support project managers from concept through to financial close. You will manage commercial aspects, risk, procurement, and contract administration across energy projects.

NEC3/NEC4 experience is essential, with occasional FIDIC exposure and willingness to travel to sites. Join a multi-disciplinary team delivering critical infrastructure for the UK’s energy transition, with a focus on cost control, value for money, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in T&D or related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have own car with full driving licence and be willing to travel

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external parties
• Support project team in establishing commercial contracts and risk management guidance
• Undertaken procurement activities and tender analysis for sub-contractors
• Assist in contract management activities using NEC3/NEC4 and FIDIC forms
• Prepare cost reporting and cashflow forecasts
• Ensure compliance with commercial governance and client policies
• Attend progress meetings and site visits to review contractor progress
