Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support project managers and clients through concept to financial close on UK projects, including decarbonisation initiatives. You will manage contracts, cost reporting and risk, using NEC3/4 and FIDIC frameworks.

Hybrid role based from our Warrington area office with travel to sites. 3+ years of experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and a driving licence are required to contribute to successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience, preferably within T&D or a related field.
• Self-starter, capable of working remote from management.
• Experience with NEC and FIDIC forms of contract.
• Proficient in MS Outlook & MS Excel.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with contract management and financial close.
• Undertake procurement activities and tender analyses.
• Prepare Early Warnings, Compensation Events and project communications.
• Provide cost reporting and risk management across project portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with governance processes and contract pricing.
