Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to deliver NEC4 contract administration, budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting across diverse projects. You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, attend site visits and contribute to interim valuations while supporting final account processes.

Qualifications

• Working towards or interested in achieving Chartered status with RICS or equivalent.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent by experience.
• Professionalism and strong team working skills.
• Good IT and communication skills.
• Knowledge of measurement methods and literacy/numeracy.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements; training provided on induction.
• NEC3/NEC4 contract experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration of NEC4 contracts (Varying Main Options).
• Budgeting, forecasting, risk management, cost reporting and payment processing.
• Complying with contractual timescales on behalf of the client.
• Deliver cost planning and cost reporting in line with the project programme.
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders and contractors; attending site and interim valuations.
• Assisting with final accounts.
• Be a good ambassador for the profession.
