Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across diverse projects in Northern Ireland and the UK. You’ll support project controls, risk management and cost reporting, working with client teams and internal stakeholders to optimise value.

The role requires a strong background in pre and post contract QS duties, JCT/NEC experience, and an understanding of NRM measurement. A Chartered MRICS status is preferred, with a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying duties.
• Experience with JCT and NEC contracts.
• Understanding of measurement methods (NRM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial management across education, commercial, industrial, retail and other sectors.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to meet commercial targets and manage risks.
• Administer contract types, manage variations and procurement, and maintain project records.
