Major Players | B Corp™ is seeking a Creative Performance Strategist to bridge performance insight and creative output. You’ll translate data into sharp briefs for an international growth team, working across Meta and emergent platforms.

This role is performance-first, with scope to shape a new function, report to the Creative Director, and collaborate with the Head of Growth. London-based with remote work 3 days per week, on a permanent full-time basis.

Competenze

• 4-6 years’ experience in performance marketing or creative strategy.
• Strong understanding of Meta paid social; TikTok experience a bonus.
• Ability to translate performance data into creative direction.
• Comfortable in a regulated, consumer-sensitive category.
• Confident briefing and collaborating with creative teams.
• Excited to shape a brand-new function from the ground up.

Mansioni

• Translate performance data and audience insights into clear, actionable creative briefs and hypotheses.
• Work closely with the performance creative and growth teams to identify what's driving results.
• Own creative strategy across Meta (bread and butter), with TikTok a strong plus and YouTube/Connected TV on the roadmap.
• Build a structured, repeatable approach to briefing that scales as the business enters new markets.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand and creative leadership to keep strategy aligned.
• Support the evolution of the function as it expand.
