Qualifications

• Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, access points.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line network support for issues via phone, email, or chat.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose common network problems including connectivity and performance.
• Assist with basic configurations and maintenance of network hardware and software.
• Ensure all incidents are logged accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to second-line or specialists.
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to users.
• Follow up on open incidents to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
• Document processes and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with system administrators to resolve issues.
• Monitor and report on common network issues to improve service quality.
