Advance TRS is seeking a Railway Electrical Estimator for a permanent, predominantly remote role with occasional visits to offices and project meetings in the UK. The candidate should be based in the South West of England, South Wales or along the M4/M5 Corridors and will work with bid, commercial and delivery teams on cost estimates for rail electrical projects.

• Previous experience carrying out electrical estimating within the rail sector in the UK.

Mansioni

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions for railway electrical projects.
• Assist in collating and producing pricing documentation for bids and tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications and scope documents to develop accurate costings.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Develop and maintain estimating spreadsheets, pricing models and tender cost databases.
• Support commercial reviews and bid submission activities.
• Liaise with operational and engineering teams to ensure robust tender submissions.
