Carrington West is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its Energy and Rail division on major UK projects. Based in Derby with flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home), you will own project pricing and develop robust cost estimates for overhead lines, substations and related works.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement and commercial teams to capture scope, quantify costs and identify savings, while maintaining estimating tools and historical data to

Formación

• Experience as Estimator in Energy or Rail infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction costs and pricing methodologies.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for Energy infrastructure projects including overhead lines, substations, and rail works.
• Review drawings, specs and docs to establish full scope of works.
• Perform quantity take-offs and develop cost schedules and pricing breakdowns.
