Job summary

Phoenix Software, a leading UK IT solutions and managed service provider, is hiring a Quest Migration Consultant to support complex Microsoft migration projects. You will focus on AD and Microsoft 365 migrations using Quest technologies to enable seamless transitions, coexistence and modernisation.

The role requires hands-on migration experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects across the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AD DS cross-forest migrations.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Hands-on expertise with Quest migration technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and hybrid identities.
• Ability to manage large migration projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Deliver migration projects across AD and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Scope migrations, define requirements and solution approach.
• Conduct discovery across AD DS and M365.
• Design, plan and deliver migration solutions.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from engagement to handover.
• Manage multiple projects with quality and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
• Maintain relevant certifications and knowledge.
