Job summary

Brahma AI is seeking a Quality Lead to define and drive a modern quality culture across Brahma Studio, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will coach developers on testing strategies, define quality gates, and partner with the shared QA team across time zones.

The role emphasizes building measurable standards, translating subjective requirements into objective benchmarks, and shaping release health and post-mortems to continuously improve engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Must have proven quality leadership or quality architecture experience guiding engineering teams.
• Excellent ability to translate subjective goals (performance, UX, output fidelity) into clear testing standards and acceptance criteria.
• Experience selecting and driving adoption of test management tools and quality documentation workflows.
• Ability to build asynchronous workflows aligning product teams with shared QA resources across regions.

Responsibilities

• Quality Culture & Developer Coaching: design testing strategies, set standards, ensure pre-release accountability.
• Environment Health: define health checks, reliability metrics, and translate benchmarks into gates.
• Tooling Governance: establish test management ecosystem, documentation, and release health practices.
