Job summary

Fourth LTD is seeking a Principal AI Quality Engineer to drive the AI-driven QA strategy globally. You will set the vision, standards, and frameworks that ensure quality, reliability, and trust across Fourth’s AI-enabled delivery.

You will lead the design of QA practices for AI development, including AI code generation and agentic systems, and align QA with product and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience defining QA strategy at an enterprise scale.
• Experience shaping or leading a QA approach for AI-assisted and agentic AI development.
• Proven ability to implement test automation across multiple teams.
• Strong programming experience in C# or Java.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve an AI-driven global QA strategy and roadmap aligned with roadmaps.
• Establish QA tools, frameworks, and standards across the global engineering org.
• Drive unification and improvement of testing processes across delivery teams.
• Act as the principal escalation point for complex testing and quality challenges.
• Champion modern testing technologies and responsible AI adoption.
• Define and own quality KPIs and gates for product quality and AI delivery.
• Own the defect management process and defect prevention approach.
• Lead QA for AI development end to end, including AI-generated and agentic features.
• Establish governance for non-deterministic and AI-driven systems testing.
• Set enterprise standards for validating AI-generated code.
• Partner with leadership to embed AI fluency and QA capability globally.
