Job summary

Watkin Jones PLC in the Refresh division is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to support refurbishment and building improvement projects. You’ll contribute to commercial activities from early estimation through to project completion, across diverse schemes.

Based mainly remote with site and office visits as required, you’ll report to the project team and senior leads, coordinating with stakeholders to drive CVR, procurement, and value. Join a growing business investing in its people.

Qualifications

• Experience in QS function on new build projects.
• Experience with refurbishment and recladding projects.

Responsibilities

• Involves commercial aspects from up-front estimation to project completion.
• Manage procurement and CVR process.
• Liaise with project team and stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.
