Job summary

Watkin Jones PLC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Refresh division, specialising in refurbishment and building improvement. You’ll be involved in commercial aspects from upfront estimation through to project completion, across envelope works, internal fire compartments and room refurbishments.

You’ll work predominantly home-based with site and office visits to report into the project team and senior leads, contributing to growth of a new division and delivering value for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience and self-discipline to work autonomously and deliver tasks.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects and liaise with stakeholders.
• Experience on refurbishments or reclad projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial aspects from upfront estimation through project completion.
• Engage with project stakeholders to ensure actions are completed.
