Principal People Recruitment is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA across a growing national organisation. The role is home-based with national travel and reports to the Chief Operating Officer. You will manage a team of three and shape quality standards across infrastructure and related services.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, oversee ISO 9001 audits, and enhance systems and processes to deliver measurable performance gains across a diverse portfolio.

Competenze

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Business Improvement.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems.
• Experience improving systems, processes and operational performance.
• Good communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop quality assurance activities across multiple business units and locations in the UK.
• Review and improve existing quality management systems, policies and processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership to deliver business improvement initiatives.
• Oversee internal and external auditing programmes, including ISO 9001 and industry standards.
• Manage and develop the existing team and support their development.
• Build relationships with operational teams to identify process improvements.
• Monitor quality performance and report to senior management.
