Job summary

Principal People Recruitment is recruiting a Quality Assurance Manager for a national organisation with a newly created role. The position is home-based with UK-wide travel and offers an opportunity to shape quality standards and drive improvements across multiple business units.

You will oversee ISO 9001 aligned quality systems, lead a small team of three, and work closely with the COO and senior leaders to deliver continuous improvement initiatives across infrastructure, highways, and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management or Business Improvement.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 management systems.
• Experience improving systems, processes and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop quality assurance activities across multiple business units and locations in the UK.
• Review and improve quality management systems, policies and processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the COO and senior leadership to deliver business improvement initiatives.
