Capita is seeking a Business Development Manager for Capita Public Services. This home-based role focuses on selling Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO and Case Management propositions to public sector clients.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, drive revenue, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities into delivery. Capita Growth forms part of Capita and drives standardisation of sales processes, enabling professionals to grow their skills and careers.

Competenze

• Experience in the Public Services Sector with a passion for selling CPS propositions (Contact Centre, Tech Sales, BPO, Case Management).
• Proven ability to manage a business development or sales pipeline and hit targets.
• Desirable: Salesforce experience.
