Job summary

TristoneNash Ltd is seeking a Property Operations Manager to lead regional delivery of responsive repairs, planned investment and major works within a social housing portfolio. The role focuses on building strategic contractor partnerships, improving efficiency and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing partnerships, budgets and compliance across dispersed teams, with a driving licence and a construction/ housing background.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing strategic contractor partnerships within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, major works and voids.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed surveying or operational teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience managing large operational budgets and driving value for money.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, building defects, housing maintenance and compliance.
• Proven track record delivering service improvements and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional delivery of planned investment, major works, responsive repairs, voids and estate services.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key contractors and supply chain partners.
• Drive contractor performance through contract management, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Champion customer-focused service delivery, keeping residents at the heart of decisions.
• Embed organisational values across partnership arrangements and procurement activities.
• Develop innovative ways of working to improve efficiency and social value.
