TristoneNash Ltd is seeking a Property Operations Manager to lead regional housing service delivery, including repairs, major works, voids and estate services. This role focuses on strategic partnerships with contractors and delivering value for money while meeting regulatory standards.

You will manage a dispersed surveying team, drive performance, and ensure resident-focused service delivery, embedding values across partnerships and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• HND (or equivalent) in Construction, Building Surveying, Property, Housing or a related discipline.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the regional delivery of planned investment, major works, responsive repairs, voids and estate services.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key contractors and supply chain partners.
• Drive contractor performance through effective contract management, KPI monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Champion customer-focused service delivery, ensuring residents remain at the heart of decision making.
• Embed organisational values across all partnership arrangements.
• Develop innovative ways of working to improve efficiency, reduce costs and maximise social value.
• Support procurement, mobilisation and ongoing performance management of new contractors.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure services are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Produce performance reports and strategic insights for senior leadership.
