Randstad CPE is seeking a Property Manager for a role covering a diverse residential portfolio in the Midlands with hybrid working. You’ll manage service charge budgets, drive compliance with building regulations, and engage with leaseholders and directors to deliver value.

The role offers training, development opportunities, a strong benefits package, and a performance bonus scheme. Strong communication and organisation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in the property sector and keen to progress into Block Management.
• Property qualification desirable (IRPM, RICS, ARLA or TPI) would be an advantage but not essential.
• Good understanding of the property sector and resident engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer focus.
• Proven problem-solving, organisation skills, time management, and ability to prioritise workload.
• Self-motivated team player capable of working under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Oversee diverse residential blocks and manage a local portfolio.
• Prepare, manage, and explain service charge budgets and accounts.
• Ensure compliance with RICS/ARMA/Landlord & Tenant legislation, Building Safety Act, Health & Safety, Fire Risk Assessments.
• Draft and execute Section 20 for major works.
• Build strong relationships with RMC Directors, leaseholders, and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor property maintenance and contractor performance.
