GetGround is seeking a Property Manager for Birmingham with remote and on-site duties. You will manage a portfolio across Birmingham, liaise with landlords and tenants, and coordinate maintenance and inspections while travelling as needed.

The role suits a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced lettings environment, can work independently, and balances remote desk work with on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or lettings.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Strong negotiation, especially for contractor pricing.
• Highly organised with good time management.
• Capable of working independently and travelling across Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of a Birmingham property portfolio.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants and act as main point of contact.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections, from report to completion.
• Obtain contractor quotations and negotiate costs.
• Maintain records and support the lettings team to provide seamless service.
