Job summary

Langham Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead business systems and enterprise application projects for a FTSE 100 housebuilder. This remote role involves coordinating across business stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to drive delivery from requirements through to adoption.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain governance and dashboards, and ensure on-time delivery within budgets. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and hybrid/agile delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering business systems and enterprise projects in corporate environments.
• Strong ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into deliverables.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with governance and reporting.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent business systems and technology projects.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from initiation to implementation and adoption.
• Maintain project plans, governance, reporting, risks and budgets.
• Use Jira and related tooling to manage project activities.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and governance packs.
• Ensure business readiness and user adoption post-implementation.
