Langham Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead business systems and enterprise application projects for a FTSE 100 housebuilder. This remote role involves coordinating across business stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to drive delivery from requirements through to adoption.

You will manage multiple projects, maintain governance and dashboards, and ensure on-time delivery within budgets. Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps and hybrid/agile delivery is preferred.

Project Manager – Business Systems | Enterprise Applications | Remote | up to £60,000 + up to 12% bonus

We are recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder who are looking for a Project Manager to join their business systems team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work across a portfolio of business and technology projects, supporting business systems, enterprise applications and change initiatives. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to deliver projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and business adoption.

Role:

• Delivering multiple concurrent business systems and technology projects.
• Manage end to end delivery of projects or product from initiation through to implementation and business adoption
• Managing project plans, governance, reporting, risks and budgets.
• Manage project activities and workflows using Jira and associated project management tooling.
• Gathering business requirements and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, driving mitigation activities where required.
• Driving projects through implementation, business readiness and user adoption.
• Maintain high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required:

• Proven experience delivering business systems, enterprise applications or technology projects within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into deliverable solutions.
• Strong Project Management experience across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting, project dashboards and governance packs.
• Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project or equivalent.

Desirables:

• Experience delivering ERP, CRM, business systems or enterprise application projects.
• Experience within a Product Manager, PMO, Project Governance or Project Controls function
• Experience with COINS ERP or other enterprise business systems (Dynamics 365, Business Central, IFS, SAP, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Infor, Oracle Fusion Cloud).
• Experience working within the construction, housebuilding or wider built environment sector.
• Any degree or qualification would be a huge benefit but not essential (PRINCE2, PMP, APM, PMQ, Agile)

Salary and Benefits:

£55,000 - £60,000
