Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Project Manager to lead transformational People Change initiatives within the Digital Colleague Experience team. You will manage end-to-end delivery, governance, and benefits tracking across cross-functional changes, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You’ll engage with senior stakeholders, create robust business cases, and drive adoption while supporting flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cross-functional programmes or projects.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled projects into complex and diverse environments.
• Strong engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of change initiatives within Digital Colleague Experience.
• Governance, planning, reporting and delivery across projects.
• Act as first point of escalation for the project team.
• Create business cases and track benefits realization.
• Provide project/release status to governance forums.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints.
• Coordinate planning artefacts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Engage with People service management and delivery teams for transitions.
