Job summary

NWSSP Legal & Risk Services is recruiting for a Project Support Manager to help deliver the Future Workforce Solution within NHS Wales. This Band 5 fixed term/secondment role is 18 months, full-time with flexible and home or remote working.

The post offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £32,557–£39,631 per annum, with opportunities to contribute to a major national transformation. You will coordinate projects, governance and stakeholder engagement, supporting delivery across NHS Wales

Qualifications

Experience coordinating projects, meetings, actions and stakeholders.
Programme and portfolio support experience.
Meeting and governance management experience.
Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Action, risk and issue tracking.
Planning, reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of implementation activity across a defined group of NHS Wales organisations.
Coordinate delivery plans, track risks and dependencies; support rollout and governance.
Provide practical guidance and follow-up on actions to strengthen readiness and adoption.
Assist with reporting, documentation and project information for governance.
