Job summary

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced project team in Milton Keynes. You will support the Project Manager and wider team, helping to keep projects on track and within deadlines in a busy, ongoing temporary assignment.

The role offers Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, £14.50 per hour, and requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and excellent communication across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Experience coordinating projects and communicating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans.
• Manage schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate activities across the wider team.
• Track budgets and assist with financial administration.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
• Monitor progress and highlight potential issues or delays.
• Provide admin support to the Project Manager and team.
• Assist with reporting tasks as required.
• Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budgets.
