Arden University is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Head of Strategic Projects and the Academic Affairs Project Team in coordinating the university's project and change portfolio. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure projects are well organised, governed and delivered on time.

This fixed-term 9-month role offers remote working with minimal travel to Coventry, a 37-hour week, and a salary of £35,000 to £41,000 per year.

Competenze

• Degree-level education or significant relevant experience in progressively more complex roles.
• Experience in project coordination, analysis, administration, portfolio support or a related field.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong project administration and coordination skills, including managing deadlines, actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Effective communication and influencing skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels, including senior colleagues.
• Experience maintaining accurate project records, reporting information and ensuring actions are followed up.
• Experience in a relevant role such as Project Coordinator, Project Officer, Project Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar.
