Job summary

Arden University is seeking a highly organised Project Analyst to support the Provost Office in managing the Academic Affairs project portfolio. You will collect, analyse, and present data on proposals, progress, risks and capacity to aid prioritisation and decision-making.

Working with Business Analysts and Project Managers, you will maintain an accurate overview, support governance reporting, and promote consistent processes and tools to deliver strategically aligned projects.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level OR proven track record of extensive work experience in progressively more complex roles.
• Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, capable of administering a diverse programme portfolio effectively.
• Excellent communication to produce and present high-quality reports and dashboards.
• Experience of managing a project within a fast-paced organisation.
• Understanding of the relevant professional, legal and regulatory requirements of own field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of the Provost Office in managing the Academic Affairs project portfolio.
• Collect, analyse, and present data on project proposals, progress, risks and capacity.
• Maintain an accurate project overview with Business Analysts, Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Support governance reporting and promote consistent processes and tools.
• Provide data-driven insights to improve transparency and delivery of projects.
