Job summary

Causeway Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to drive successful project delivery and outstanding customer service, specialising in Workforce Management and collaborating with the Professional Services Team across the business. You will work with customers to understand requirements, configure the CausewayOne platform, and support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workforce Management and delivering customer projects.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience implementing business systems and integrating data via APIs.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth2 authentication, and common API testing tools.
• Strong data handling and SQL knowledge; familiarity with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, Node.js, and Python helps in cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and objectives to ensure successful project delivery.
• Configure customers on the CausewayOne platform, cross-team collaboration for optimal processes and fast issue resolution.
• Take ownership of customer projects from start to finish and support the 3rd Line Support Team.
• Contribute to proposal development and post-implementation reviews, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
