Job summary

Causeway Technologies in Gerrards Cross is seeking a Project Manager to plan and deliver projects across our software portfolio. You will work with the Project Management Office to ensure on-time, on-budget, and to-spec delivery, often juggling multiple initiatives in a hybrid, UK-based setup.

The role requires PRINCE2 qualification, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and experience delivering software or hardware implementations.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a similar PM role.
• Strong communication across levels and with third parties.
• Experience with software/hardware implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results.
• Attention to detail and reliable deliverables.
• Desirable: Agile delivery experience.
• Desirable: software development environment knowledge.
• Desirable: ISO 27001 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of a project, controlling scope, timelines and quality.
• Agree project success criteria with sponsors and monitor progress.
• Manage scope, risk, governance, documentation, and change control on all projects.
• Own and resolve all project risks and issues.
• Provide forecasts and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and third-party providers.
• Ensure smooth transition of new projects into support.
• Coordinate sprints, stakeholder meetings and daily stand-ups.
• Identify improvements across project and portfolio management operations.
