Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Analytics Engineer to own the transformation layer between raw data and business decisions. You will model data in dbt, define certified metrics, and set standards for analysts and data scientists.

Responsibilities include building a world-class metric layer, KPI design for product/finance, and collaborating with Data Engineering to evolve the data warehouse. Remote-friendly and globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling a dbt project and metrics layer.
• Expert knowledge of dbt and advanced SQL.
• Proficiency across the modern data stack (BigQuery, Python, Looker).
• Rigour around data quality: test, document, reconcile by default.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of a world-class metric layer: conventions, structure, testing, CI, and documentation.
• Design and maintain the certified KPI layer for product, finance, and company-wide topics.
• Partner with Data Engineering and stakeholders to turn questions into reusable data products and data served through AI agents.
