Job summary

ElevenLabs, a remote-first AI research and product company, is seeking a Data Scientist - Product Analytics to join the Growth Data team. You’ll own the analysis behind how people discover and adopt and stay engaged with ElevenLabs’ products, partnering with Product, Growth and the central Data team.

Define and own product health metrics for ElevenCreative, ElevenAgents and ElevenAPI, design experiments (A/B tests, onboarding changes), and translate ambiguous questions into trusted analyses

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a data scientist embedded with a product or growth team.
• Strong SQL and Python with hands-on experimentation and product analytics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear analyses.
• Comfort working with Product and Growth stakeholders and challenging ill-defined asks.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis behind how users discover, adopt, and engage with ElevenLabs products.
• Define and own product health metrics across ElevenCreative, ElevenAgents, ElevenAPI.
• Design, analyze, and communicate results of product experiments (A/B tests, onboarding changes).
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering on KPI layer in dbt.
