Job summary

Apogee Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer to service production printers and office equipment across the UK from a home-based base. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and handle installations while keeping customers informed of progress and outcomes.

The role requires strong technical skills, customer-facing experience, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed. DBS and SC clearance apply where required.

Qualifications

• Experience fixing production printers and digital presses from major brands.
• Experience in the office equipment industry and strong technical background.
• Ability to network devices and set up scanning functions.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for repair of business equipment and printers.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs or part replacements.
• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines.
