Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to shape and own our scalable production infrastructure in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will drive AWS-based networking, security, and cluster management while enabling frequent, safe releases to thousands of users.

You will partner with developers and cross-functional teams to harmonize application and infrastructure, strengthen security, and raise observability.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Production-grade Kubernetes with cluster management and upgrades.
• Automation of infrastructure with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evolve infrastructure to scale for a growing user base and support a team.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure harmony between app and infra and safe rollout of changes.
• Lead security initiatives to protect customer data and harden systems.
• Contribute expertise to a self-directed team with roadmap autonomy and strong feedback loops.
