Job summary

Gearset Limited is seeking a Principal DevOps Engineer to help run scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure across multiple regions. You will enable rapid product updates via a modern tech stack (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, .NET) and work with engineers to deliver high-value features.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, observability, and security improvements, collaborating with developers, designers, data engineers, marketers and salespeople to support growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• In-depth practical AWS experience (VPC, IAM, EC2, RDS, S3)
• CI/CD pipeline configuration and operation with NET/C#
• Experience in agile development with early value delivery
• Experience building observability and alerting into systems

• Build and maintain automation for safe, frequent releases
• Improve infrastructure security and incident detection/response
• Collaborate across teams to impact customers positively
• Operate and evolve multi-region infrastructure to scale with growth
