Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a Remote Services Support Colleague to help maximise NHS-funded clinical services delivery through remote and centralised operating models. You will work with pharmacy teams, operational colleagues and service platforms to improve patient access and experiences.

You will support patient identification, triage and engagement activities, drive service uptake and monitor performance to identify improvement opportunities across branches and sites.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacies in delivering NHS-funded clinical services through remote and digital pathways
• Assist with patient identification, triage and engagement to increase participation
• Monitor service activity and identify opportunities to improve recruitment and conversion
• Serve as a key contact for pharmacy teams on remote service processes and systems
• Provide coaching on clinical service delivery best practices
• Support branches in overcoming operational challenges affecting service performance
• Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams to drive service growth
• Help drive improvements in patient outcomes through effective service delivery
