We're looking for a Remote Services Support Colleague to play a key role in helping our pharmacies maximise the delivery of NHS-funded clinical services through remote and centralised operating models. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to patient outcomes while working closely with pharmacy teams, operational colleagues and service delivery platforms.

In this role, you'll help drive service uptake, support pharmacy performance, and ensure patients receive exceptional experiences through digital and remote engagement channels.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Remote Services Support Colleague, you'll work collaboratively with pharmacy teams to improve access to NHS clinical services and support branches in achieving their service objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pharmacies in the delivery of NHS-funded clinical services through remote and digital pathways.
Assisting with patient identification, triage and engagement activities to increase participation in clinical services.
Monitoring service activity and identifying opportunities to improve patient recruitment and conversion rates.
Acting as a key point of contact for pharmacy teams on remote service processes, systems and ways of working.
Providing coaching and guidance to colleagues on clinical service delivery best practice.
Supporting branches in overcoming operational challenges that may impact service performance.
Building strong, positive relationships with pharmacy teams to encourage engagement and service growth.
Helping drive improvements in patient outcomes through effective service delivery and patient support.
